Is DDownload really free?

Yes! Our free account is completely free forever. No credit card needed. You can upload files up to 2 GB and download up to 5 GB per day. For more features, check out our premium plans.

Do I need to register to download files?

No! You don’t need an account to download files. If someone shares a file link with you, just click it and download. Simple as that. You only need an account to upload and manage files.

Uploads & Storage

How do I upload files?

You have three ways to upload:

1. Browser Upload – Drag and drop files or click to browse. Good for small files.
2. FTP Upload – Use an FTP client for large files. Much faster for big uploads.
3. Remote Upload – Upload from another URL or server directly.

What is the maximum file size I can upload?

Free accounts can upload files up to 2 GB each. Premium members can upload files up to 100 GB each. That’s 50 times bigger!

How long are my files stored?

Free accounts keep files for 30 days. Premium accounts get 60 days of storage. If you download your files regularly, the storage time resets. This keeps your active files safe.

Are my files private?

Yes! Your files are completely private. No one can find them through search. Only people with your download link can access them. You control who sees your files.

Can I upload any type of file?

You can upload most file types. However, we don’t allow illegal content or files that break copyright laws. We take these issues seriously and will remove such files.

How fast are downloads?
